Attorney Crosby’s practice focuses primarily on all civil litigation areas, except family law.  Mr. Crosby has extensive trial experience in state, federal and appellate courts throughout Connecticut.  He was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court in 2003 and has petitioned the nation’s highest court on behalf of clients.  He represents a wide variety of individuals and businesses in personal injury matters, real estate disputes, zoning controversies, workers’ compensation claims, real estate broker litigation, and some criminal matters including clients charged with DUI.  He is an active member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, Connecticut Bar Association and the New Haven County Bar Association.
